Filippos Kardaras

Filippos Kardaras studied Biology in National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He then continued his studies in Bioinformatics with the postgraduate program “Information Technologies in Medicine and Biology” at the same university. He joined DIANA lab in 2018 to do his master thesis. Currently, he is in the third year of his PhD studies centered on Metagenomics. His research interests include metagenomics, metatranscriptomics and algorithms for analysing RNA-Seq data.
